La almazara Pío del Ramo is a family mill dedicated to the production of extra virgin olive oil since 2011. We work in an ecological way on our 40 hectares of olive groves of the Arbequina, Royal and Picual varieties and we have the certificate of organic farming.

In the oil mill we obtain our oil by mechanical processes with branch processing and cold extraction. We do not care about quantity but quality. We pick the olives in pre-veraison, in this way, we obtain a lower yield but we preserve all the aromas and avoid oxidations.

Being our fields, we take control of ripening and milling times so that once the olive is harvested, it does not have to wait to be processed.

Our organic olives give us a 100% natural juice: our organic extra virgin olive oil.
